The inland empire: Arts Alliance (ie:Arts) is a voluntary network of arts professionals (both for-profit and not-for-profit), artists, art supporters, educators and advocates, and members of the media organized for the support, marketing, promotion, education and advocacy of the arts in the Inland Empire. The founding ie:Arts agencies include the Arts Council for San Bernardino County, City of Fontana Special Projects Division, Starlight Productions, Inc., Inland Empire/Riverside Philharmonic Orchestra, Haili Wailele Film/Arts Foundation; Wignall Museum/Gallery, Windsong Southland Chorale, Chaffey College Theatre Arts, Community Concert Assn. of Inland Empire, Haugh Performing Arts Center, Ed and Amber Out-and-About, Inland Empire Film Commission, and the Alta Loma School District. All local arts organizations and arts supportive agencies are welcome. ie:Arts works to promote
broader awareness of the role of performing, visual and film arts throughout
the San Bernardino and Riverside counties and parts of east Los Angeles
County. We also strive to strengthen the partnership between the
arts, business and public entity communities, promote the growth of and
attendance at arts events and The
members of the coalition work together to strengthen the awareness of the
arts throughout the region as well as facilitate the partnership and
collaboration between the cultural arts, corporate, government and city
agencies. By encouraging corporate involvement in promoting the arts,
through sponsorship or business volunteerism, the coalition strives to
increase attendance at cultural arts events throughout the Inland Empire.
Getting the word to the community and the community to the venues is a
primary goal of ie:Arts members, whether it be for theatre productions,
music concerts, art exhibits, independent film showings or arts education. For more information or to become involved with ie:Arts, please contact Susan Sluka at (909) 477-2760 ext. 2214 or by email at ssluka@ci.rancho-cucamonga.ca.us.
